Leiven Group S.à r.l. processes personal data in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Luxembourg data protection law. This policy explains what data we process when you use this website or contact us, why, and what your rights are.
The data controller is Leiven Group S.à r.l., 24, Boulevard des Scillas, L-2529 Howald, Luxembourg (RCS Luxembourg B 308669). For any question about your personal data, contact us at contact@leivengroup.com.
Visiting this website. When you browse this site, our hosting provider processes technical data such as your IP address, browser type and pages visited, in server logs. This processing is necessary to deliver the website securely and reliably (legitimate interest, Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). This website loads the Montserrat and Inter typefaces from Google Fonts; when a page loads, your IP address is transmitted to Google to serve the font files.
Contacting us. When you write to contact@leivengroup.com or call us, we process the data you provide: your name, contact details and the content of your message. We use it to answer you and to follow up on your request (pre-contractual measures and legitimate interest, Article 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR).
Booking a call. When you book a call through our booking page, the scheduling is operated by Google Calendar. Google processes the data you enter (name, email address and the context you choose to share) under its own privacy policy. We receive that data to prepare and hold the conversation.
We do not sell personal data and we do not use it for advertising. Your data is shared only with the service providers that operate this website and our communications: Vercel Inc. (hosting, United States) and Google (fonts, email and scheduling). Where data is transferred outside the European Economic Area, the transfer is covered by appropriate safeguards under the GDPR, such as the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses.
Correspondence is kept for as long as needed to handle your request and any business relationship that follows, then archived or deleted in line with legal retention obligations. Server logs are kept for the short periods set by our hosting provider for security purposes.
You have the right to access, rectify and erase your personal data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to data portability. To exercise these rights, write to contact@leivengroup.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Luxembourg supervisory authority, the Commission nationale pour la protection des données (CNPD, www.cnpd.lu).
This policy may be updated to reflect changes in the website or in the law. The current version is always available on this page. Last updated: July 2026.
